Off season is going great. My Garmin finally shows my training readiness is “Good”. All through the marathon build it was hovering around “Poor” to at best “Moderate”. Garmin even puts this into numbers. The training readiness score is a calculation based on a variety of factors including: Last night’s sleep (Sleep Score), Recovery Time, HRV Status, Acute Load, Sleep score history and Stress history.

Mostly, the scoring is accurate (stress is calculation based on heart rate during the day) but I do not understand Garmin’s recovery…
